A few things have changed since 1968, when Floyd "Sonny" Tillman and wife Lucille founded Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Q in Gainesville, Florida, but not the finger-friendly slow-smoked ribs from real hardwood smokers, now at more than 150 locations.
